Alliance Event Alerts
Your alliance sets the schedule. You choose the alerts.
Sanctuary Brief is testing a shared command center for any alliance—not only THEBES. Approved R5 leaders publish event times once while members see the same occurrence in their own time zones. Members can separately request automatic text alerts; delivery begins only after the number and alliance alert choices are verified.
The player promise
Your number belongs to you—not your alliance.
Alliance leaders set schedules but never see member phone numbers. Every person adds and verifies their own number, chooses their own alerts, and can leave at any time. Roster uploads are not allowed.
Private text enrollment
Three clear choices before recurring texts begin
- 1Add your own mobile number.
The optional Command Center field is separate from account registration consent and explains the program, variable frequency, possible carrier charges, STOP, and HELP before you choose it.
- 2Verify that the number is yours.
Saving a number creates a pending request only. Recurring messages cannot begin until Sanctuary Brief confirms that you control it. An R5, recruiter, or other alliance member cannot consent for someone else.
- 3Choose what reaches you.
You control the alliance, event types, time zone, reminder timing, and available quiet-hour preferences associated with your subscription.
For alliance leaders
The closed scheduling pilot converts one leader-managed schedule into each member's chosen time zone. Leaders manage event information, not member phone numbers, and may not upload or paste a contact list.
For players
Message frequency will depend on the events and reminders selected, with a clear maximum disclosed before confirmation. Schedule changes or cancellations may create an additional service message.
Email will be a separate choice
Text consent will never be treated as email consent. Any future email-alert option—and any leader connection to a mail provider—will require its own clear authorization and unsubscribe control.
Game events only
Alerts will be limited to alliance schedules and closely related service notices. The system is not for recruiting spam, personal disputes, promotions, political content, or automated game actions.
