Bring your strongest heroes and troops, follow your alliance’s lane plan, and help earn the round buff. That last job can give your whole team an edge before the fighting starts—even if your own troops never reach a battle.

Help your alliance win the round buff

Before each round, Flag Capture compares the opposing alliances’ Ace Commander points from the previous game day. Only registered members’ points count. The higher combined score wins Troop Basic ATK +10%, Troop ATK +300% and Troop DEF +300% for that round. The next round brings a fresh comparison.

The current Ace Commander event has seven daily phases. Plan around the day’s objectives:

Pro Tip: two strong lanes, one powerful buff

Push your alliance’s daily Ace score as high as you can. Get registered members working on the day’s objectives: beating the opposing alliance’s combined total earns the round buff. Pair that buff with two strong Flag Capture lanes to give your alliance a powerful advantage in the fight for two flags.

Round 3’s opponent has won the buff; Round 4’s comparison is still in progress. The buff grants Basic Troop ATK plus 10 percent, Troop ATK plus 300 percent and Troop DEF plus 300 percent.
In this captured example, Round 3 is settled and Round 4 is still accumulating points. Registered members can help earn the buff even if their troops never fight.

Watch the phase countdown for daily scoring. The current phase finishes when the next one starts. In the edition we checked, the full event ends 30 minutes before the final daily rollover. That weekly deadline does not extend an earlier phase.

Daily Rank measures your Ace contribution, not battle kills or troop strength. A strong player can rank low without earning many points in that day’s objectives. Once a round’s buff is settled, later points help the next comparison.

Bring your strongest troop team

Use your strongest developed troop team as the starting point. Your troops can face several opponents in sequence, so building around one enemy can leave you weaker against the others. Follow your alliance’s lane plan, whether members choose lanes or officers assign them.

Advice that one Mega March registration preserves extra troops for all five rounds did not match our test. Before Round 3, we registered with Mega March and ATK boosts active. Our extra troop capacity returned to normal when Mega March expired. We did not measure ATK carryover. Don’t spend boosts assuming one use covers the entire event.

Soldiers do not die in Flag Capture, and registered troops do not occupy a march queue.

Give your alliance one lane plan

Decide whether leadership assigns lanes or players choose, and name the coordinator. Aim to win two flags: stacking one lane can leave the other two exposed. Strong teams still need support because each team has a limit on how many fights it can take.

Move individual teams to strengthen a close lane, or shift a whole lane when a different matchup offers a better chance. Agree on changes before preparation ends; cleanup locks deployments. Use the Alliance Command Center to share the plan and deadline.

Registered members receive rewards even if they do not fight. Round results, personal kills and final alliance standings earn separate rewards—so encourage everyone to register and help with the buff.
