These terms apply to the Sanctuary Brief Alliance Event Alerts text-message program. A number saved in a private-beta account remains pending until Sanctuary Brief verifies the number and the member's alliance alert choices.

Program and sender

Sanctuary Brief will send optional automated informational texts about alliance event schedules, reminders, changes, cancellations, and closely related service notices. Sanctuary Brief is the sender and operator, even when an alliance leader supplies the event schedule. It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by 37GAMES or the creators of Puzzles & Survival.

How consent will work

You must enroll a mobile number you control or are authorized to use. In the Command Center, the SMS choice is separate, optional, and unchecked; declining it does not prevent account creation. Saving a number records a pending request, not an active subscription. Recurring messages begin only after number verification and alliance alert selection. An R5 or another player cannot consent for you, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and delivery

Message frequency will vary with the events, reminders, and alliances you select. A maximum frequency will be shown before you confirm enrollment. A schedule correction, cancellation, or material service notice may add a message. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and restarting texts

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all Sanctuary Brief texts sent through the shared alert number. Standard equivalents such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, REVOKE, and QUIT are also honored. You may receive one final confirmation and then no further texts unless you give fresh consent.

Reply START, UNSTOP, or RESUMEALERTS to request reactivation. Reply HELP or INFO for help. Restarting carrier delivery may still require the program's confirmation flow before recurring alerts resume.

Permitted use

The program is for game-event information and related service operations. It may not be used for unsolicited recruiting, harassment, personal disputes, political content, deceptive messages, account credential requests, or automated interaction with the game. Sanctuary Brief may suspend an alliance or sender configuration that threatens players, the service, or carrier compliance.

Privacy

Mobile information, opt-in records, and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers that help operate and deliver the program under Sanctuary Brief's instructions, including Twilio. Support and changes

For help, email commander@sanctuarybrief.com. These terms may be updated before or during the pilot as the final enrollment flow, carriers, or law require. A material change to the subject of recurring messages will require new consent rather than being silently applied.
