Get help without sharing your game account.
Sanctuary Brief can help with its own tools, recruitment profiles, privacy choices, and the planned alliance alert pilot. It cannot access your Puzzles & Survival account or resolve game purchases, bans, or missing in-game items.
Email support
Tell us what went wrong.
Include the page address, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time and time zone. If an alliance alert is involved, include the public alliance code—not a private roster.
Text-message help
A private-beta member can save a mobile number and separately request event alerts from the Command Center. The request remains inactive until the number and alliance choices are verified. Reply HELP or INFO for program help, and STOP at any time to stop all Sanctuary Brief texts from the shared alert number.
Protect your information
Do not send a game password, verification code, payment-card number, legal ID, private message, or full player roster. Crop screenshots to the smallest useful area and remove personal information first.
Game-account problems
For purchases, login trouble, account recovery, sanctions, or missing game items, use the customer-service route inside Puzzles & Survival. Sanctuary Brief is an independent fan project and cannot see or change game accounts.
Alliance alert pilot
Alliance leaders may contact support to express interest in the pilot. That email is not consent to receive text or email alerts, and it does not enroll any alliance members.
